By using our website, www.darecityapp.com (the “Website”), our mobile application (the “App” and together with the Website the “Platform”), or engaging in any of our services, including, but not limited to: (a) creating an account; (b) using the Platform to engage in real-life interactive games (the “Services”); or (c) using the Platform to host private event programs (the “Events”), you (referred to as “you” or “your”) hereby agree and accept all parts of this disclaimer (“Disclaimer”). 

We reserve the right to modify this Disclaimer, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon the terms being uploaded on the Platform. We may not send separate information regarding such updates. You agree that you will periodically review the terms herein and we presume that you have reviewed or are aware of the updated terms by virtue of your continuous usage or access to the Platform. 

For the avoidance of doubt, this Disclaimer applies to all individuals that are using the Platform, including any parent or guardian that is registering on behalf of a minor. 

By using the Platform and/or enlisting the Services or Events offered, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Dare City is exclusively an entertainment and adventure focused platform, dedicated to providing real-life interactive adventure downloadable games that challenge users to complete dares, record their progress, collect points and rewards, and beyond. Dare City does not hold itself out as anything else. 

‍Respect and Inclusivity. Dare City maintains a respectful and inclusive community. You are expected to adhere to our community guidelines, which prohibit hate speech, harassment, discrimination, and any harmful conduct. If you encounter any violations of our community guidelines or have concerns about a Platform user, please report it to us immediately.

‍Personal Responsibility. The Platform aims to accurately represent the information provided. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily in using and engaging with the Services, Events and/or Platform, and that you are 100% solely and personally responsible for your purchases and actions while doing so. You agree to use your own judgment and effort before engaging Dare City for its Services.

The decision to purchase any promotions or subscriptions associated with the Platform or related Events, is at the sole discretion of the User, and we do not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for any such purchases.

Dare City is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur from engaging with the Platform and/or the Services, including but not limited to burns, lost items, or any other potential risks associated with any activity. You are advised to exercise caution, follow safety guidelines, and use proper equipment to minimize risk of harm. By engaging with the Platform and/or Services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved and agree to hold Dare City harmless from any and all liabilities.

Dare City strives to only collect the minimum amount of personal data needed to carry out the Services successfully. Dare City is committed to respecting your privacy and Dare City aims for full transparency on how Dare City uses the collected information to comply with lawful or other legal purposes.
